• All sales are final. Please understand that we are a mom-run, super small business with lots of handcrafted items. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

• Message us immediately via Contact Us section if the item is defective or if you received a wrong item by our end. We will only process the claim upon receiving the initial item in the original packaging and in the condition that you received it. Please save all packaging materials and the wrong item before filing a claim. Please include your order number in the subject line If you are contacting about an order. Please allow 1 business day for a reply. Please do NOT contact us via social media regarding an order. If we are not contacted within 3 days of receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
