Shipping:

  • Time it will take to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office: 1-7 business days

  • Time for preparing custom or large quantity items: 1-14 business days

  • Approximate time it will take to receive your order once dropped off at the post office: 2-8 business days

  • Please understand that fulfillment time could vary during sale and holiday season. 

  • Please allow additional shipping days during storm seasons and other delays due to the weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances that are out of the mail carrier's control. 

  • To provide lower shipping cost, sticker orders will be shipped with USPS First Class letter mail. These are sent in a regular stamped envelope. Therefore, MintCloudNine is unable to track 'untracked' sticker mail, and MintCloudNine is not responsible for lost orders.

  • Tracking is only available for orders containing thicker/larger items than stickers.

  • MintCloudNine is only responsible for your package only until it gets to the postal carrier. We do not have any control of the package once it leaves our hands.

  • It is customer's responsibility to submit a claim to the mail carrier & follow up.

  • We only ship within the United States at this time.

Returned orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer

  • MintCloudNine is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address upon checkout.

  • You may only request a change in shipping address via info@mintncloudnine.com within 1 hour of placing an order. Please include your name, order number, and your correct shipping address. If you do not contact us within 1 hour or if your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it. 

  • MintCloudNine will not forward or redirect a returned package without an agreement written by the customer. Tax and shipping are never refundable. The customer is always responsible for the shipping cost for redirecting.
